will attempt to complete all install requests that are received
before 3PM EST Monday through Friday on the same day. If the
install request comes in after 3PM, the install will be attempted
on the next business day. Omnistar Interactive only guarantees
that an attempt to do the install will be done on the same
day. The client will be notified if there are problems or
if Omnistar Interactive requires additional information.

Sunday!
Omnistar guarantees that users who submit a trouble ticket
via our Online Customer Care System before 3PM EST, will receive
a response by 11:59PM the same day or the user will receive
a credit of five dollars toward their next billing per incident
if they have an Omnistar Interactive hosted solution. If the
client has the install solution, then they will receive a
coupon code for five dollars on the next purchase. The maximum
a client can earn within one month using this guarantee is
twenty five dollars. All guarantee requests must be submitted
